The protection of individual personal data is an important concern of ours. The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. 3. For what purpose do we process your data?
We use your personal solely for the purpose of:
- responding to your information or contact requests. This processing is carried out with your consent;
- improving the user experience on our website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest.
- communicating with our website users. This processing is based on our legitimate interest.
- managing your registration and your participation to the show Take Off. This processing is based on your consent or consent of the legal representatives of minor participants. Where applicable, the processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the participation contract.

We process your data confidentially and only shares it on to third parties where this is necessary and in accordance with the law. These third parties may include service providers, particularly in the context of IT outsourcing.
6. Data transfers
We store and transfer personal data as much as possible inside the European Union. Nevertheless, we might transfer personal data outside European Union in accordance with the data protection law. When Personal Data is transfered to a country outside the European Union that does not offer an adequate level of protection for personal data, the transfer is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguard provided for by the data protection legislation.
7. The rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with the data protection legislation, the website user has in particular, the following rights:

In certain cases and in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Data Protection Acts, you also have the following rights:
- Right to erasure: in specific cases, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. We may, however, retain certain information about you as required by law or when we have a legal basis to do so;
- Right to restriction of processing: you can the limitation of certain processing carried out on your personal data.
- Right to object: you have the right to object at any time, on grounds related to your particular situation, to any processing of your personal data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or based on legitimate interest;
- Right to data portability: you have the right to receive personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit these data to another controller.
- Right to withdraw your consent: you can withdraw your consent at any time when the processing activity is based on it.
